Actually since the majority of the ones on the used market never got the upgraded OS, and the price of one new is so cheap I wouldn't be surprised if you found one used at a really good price say on eBay with some of the expansions allready in it. I would try that first, and if you buy one used go through the self test with it (take a midi cable). There were no real hardware revisions since it's inception so just an OS upgrade will do the trick. Should I buy a used xl7 or a new one. Let me know what you all think. I have to say that this forum is one of the things that sold me. There is nothing like the support of a great bunch of users to sustain a product. 128 voice rompler with 6 outputs and digital IO didnt hurt, with a pad for NI battery and knobs to add to my pc1600. A new OS in the future. rob To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: xl7-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com Your use of Yahoo! Groups is subject to http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/
