You're saying that you double-click on the file named ELoader_1.0_Installer.exe and absolutely nothing happens? No application launches, no error message? Note that the Installer itself is not a Java application, it is a native Windows application. It does not need Java in order to run. At some point in its work, it will want to access a Java VM, but if it can't find one, it should be able to tell you that it can't find one, just like any other Windows application that can't find a DLL or whatever. Maybe we should take this discussion off-list, because it sounds like there is some problem that is very specific to your machine. If we find some information that would be valuable to others, we can always post our summary findings. Scott
