What kind of problem are you having? You are saying it is a problem with the
installer, not E-Loader itself, right?

Is there any error reported? I had a report of problems when trying to
install and there was a very down rev version of the Microsoft JVM on the
machine. Updating to a newer JVM fixed it for that tester. But if you have
the Sun 1.3 JDK on your machine, that should be fine.
