Ok, after looking at all your posts. It sounds like, the investment would have to be (For a long period) for dance, trance, melodic trance music. Virus kc ($2199--whew! lot's of money here--hope it last me a lifetime!) Orbit 3 Techno Card ROM for the Orbit3 And to sequence, CUBASE VST ($99) for the PC. Now, will CUBASE VST work for my pc with the Virus KC and Orbit3? It says it has 48 Midi tracks on Cubase VST, what exactly does this mean? If I only have 16 Timbers I can use at one time on the Orbit3 and 16 on the Virus--how will the others matter? What are my limitations on Cubase VST for sequencing? What else will I need? How do I hook the MIDI cable to my pc? Is there something I need to add on to the USB port, or can I just hook something up to my Joystick Port that is part of my Audigy 5.1 card?
