Being relatively not technical surely the the only way to tell is by making a like for like comparison, other things need to be taken into consideration can you produce your own live beats with vinyl ? Can we call the xl7 an instrument or is it just another sound production tool ? Will future musicians be using this type of portable equipment to perform live shows ? I guess its horses for courses but for me nothing beats someone doing a live performance.
