Do the search, its not too far back.  Someone described this very 
same situation.

You'll have to experiment but I bet that slaving PT to the MP7 might 
be the best route.  Try it both ways.  The studio operator should 
know how to do this, its a simple MIDI clock sync.  You just set one 
device to send and the other to recieve.
