Yes and no. The extra outs can act as a send/recieve for external effects. With a specially prepared cable or by using one half of an insert cable, you can use the outs as inputs which are summed with the main outs. However it is only the ANALOG and headphone outs. The signal does not get A/D'ed for internal effects or to go out the digital outs.
