Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

That sounds awful.  It is possible that you got another lemon.   I would
first call Emu support to bring up the issue (831.438.1921 8 am to 5 pm
Pacific Standard Time ) and if they can't solve the problem, return it to
your dealer and get yet another one.   I'm sure you anxious to use this
machine.  I've had my MP-7 for about a year now and it's awesome.  Let us
know how it goes.  And sorry to hear about your problems...
