Anyone with the World ROM want to try this?

Select preset 021.0 (plk:Celtic Harp). In quick-edit mode, ramp up
knob M (Mod 1) - this latches and produces vibrato. Select some other
preset, and then come back to Celtic Harp - the vibrato is still
there.

This is utterly bizarre: the vibrato (or Knob M) quick-edit seems to
stay on if I go through a pile of the World ROM presets, gets turned
off for presets in another ROM (with the correct latching behaviour),
but comes back when I switch back to the World ROM. Other quick-edit
knobs (such as those routed to the filter) seem to behave
properly. There's almost certainly something in the voice programming
that's causing this; at present I don't know what it is.

Weirder and weirder: the layer patchcords for this preset don't use
MidiM at all, so I don't see why there's any modulation happening...
