Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

wow, that doesn't sound good. do you have any numbers from 
say, and MPC2000xl in comparison? oh, do you have a HD 
multitrack that you could use to sync with the xx-7? i used to get 
HUGE amounts of MIDI slip with my ASRX Pro(sometimes 
upwards of 20ms) and i solved the problem by simply slaving it 
to the clock on my old Korg D8. it tightened it right up and never 
had a problem since. apparently it wasn't struggling with the 
notes but with the time itself. i'm really eager to hear what you 
come up with. and thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.
