Do you perhaps have the some of the MIDI setting set differently and saved 
with the Multi?  If you had the tracks set to EXT when you saved that 
multi, I think that might cause some issues with the wrong presets not 
being selected when you change patterns.  After you do a Restore Factory 
Setup, try saving a new Multi and see if that works.

Well,

perhaps I`m getting stupid, but it don´t works the way you explain, if I
save a multisetup, it 
changes all soundsettings in every pattern on my XX-7, and it does not
change if I switch the 
pattern,

thanx a lot, but there seem to be some others here, who have the same
problem as I have, 
do you still have the factory patterns on board, rEalm? 
The only way to get my setups again is to use restore factory setup in the
global menue.
