Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

All I can recommend is to read the manual. Don't know how the XL-7 is 
if it's the first synth you've ever used... might be a little bit 
tricky. Read the manual, and if there's something you don't 
understand, look it up at the internet.

If you have used synthesizers before... Well, then read and try. Will 
only take a few weeks until you understand each feature of the synth.
