Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hey all, 

Thought I'd ask if anyone wants this here before posting this to Ebay, 
it'll be cheaper here too.  After holding on to it while making sure that 
Cubase SX would work for me, I've decided that I'm going to sell my copy 
of Steinberg's Cubase VST 5.1 Standard.  This is the original software, 
complete with box, dongle, original CD, manuals, everything that it came 
with.  In addition, I will include a CDR containing all of the official 
and public beta updates to get you up to the current version. 

If you are worried about the legalities of this, don't worry this is a 
perfectly legal sale.  Here's the information I got from Nicholas Woodman 
(who works for Steinberg) concerning the sale of VST5:

"Legally it looks like this:
You are free to sell any product you purchased to someone else if you 
decide you don't want to use it anymore. You should make a used gear 
selling contract that states what you're selling (Cubase VST5 incl. serial 
number), the price, both full names and adresses and the date. The one who 
buys the program can then contact his Steinberg distributor and register 
by sending them a copy of the contract and proof of ownership (maybe send 
in dongle to have it returned later or something similar, worst case). The 
distributor could also decide to call you back to ensure the version 
hasn't been stolen from you. Then, the product registration will be 
transfered to the buyer's name and yours will be taken out. The buyer is 
now a fully registered, legal owner with all rights and can purchase any 
update / upgrade for usual conditions."

I'm only asking $125.00 US +Shipping costs if you get it from me here, 
it'll be more if I have to go through Ebay.  Pretty good deal for a 
full-fledged sequencing package.  If you're interested, please contact me
