Hi Ken,

Regarding Polyphony on the XL/MP units:
The 128 voices of polyphony must take into account (like any other 
synth) the architechture of a Preset. A Preset in this unit can be 
made up of up to 4 layers, each layer using up a voice. Of course 
other variables include the ability to assign velocity ranges per 
layer, potentially saving polyphony. Finally, it is possible to 
"link" up to 2 Presets onto a Preset, along with their layers. Most 
of the Presets are of a simple nature. The bottom line, 128 voices in 
THIS BOX is very cool because the samples are so pure!
