You can create a cd with 24 bit sound by simply
saving your wav pattern at this range...

not all programs are capable...for instance fruity loops I believe is 
capable you just have to change your save
settings from the defaulted 16 bit to 24 bit....

But 24 bit cd players as you can see, do exist....they are just High 
priced as all to be damned!!
