You might want to wait a bit and compare with the MC-909 which is coming out soon. It has a sampler and has some mastering facilities. In theory you could bang out your own beats, sample some beats, sequence them and if even fly a vocal overtop of the final mix, mix in the beast, with some mastering compression and record out. I think. It is worth checking out.
