Re: Réf. : [xl7] New OS info

The sample information would have to live in some large buffer before being
burned (Saved) to Flash unless the transfer to USB could store temporarily in
the same or maybe a different ROM, i.e. transfer new samples into flash #3 as
a holding tank, create presets and store all to Flash #4. Highly unlikely the
current hardware could support this.

One point I think is important from my perspective, (This of course means I
think my perspective is important, I appologize now for this assumption) the
voting let us only cast one single vote. Although I highly applaude the effort
that was supplied for us, I think the results look skewed when there are
features that have no votes at all. I think more useful information could have
been supplied to E-Mu if everyone could vote on all the items they wanted.
That I believe would provide a clearer picture. I am also a designer and
developer who has worked on hardware and software for various companies
including E-Mu. End of point.

The Psycotic One

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
