The XL-7/MP-7 ships with a utility called E-Loader that allows you to back up
your machine to a Mac or PC.

You'd probably find more of them in the MP-7, but take a look through the
patchlists for each box.

Absoulutely.  Each track or preset has an option to pick a subout, explicitly
for this use.
