Also, there's no setting I can make as a moderator to change that, I 
checked the first time you emailed me last week.  Maybe the list admin can 
do it (though I don't think they have that option either), but I can't.

Er... I don't think so. 
FYI, my membership parameters are ok (i.e. no HTML).
It's your mail client that does send HTML posts, not mine. :)

I don't wanna step on any toes here, but it does make your posts hard 
to read, not to mention the Yahoo advertisement crap.
