There are two problems - one is the installer not working, the other E-Loader itself. You might try copy-installing E-Loader 1.1. Just copy the entire E- Loader folder from the Program Files folder from a working installation and put it on the XP+SP1 machine and see if that works at all. It just might. Note you won't have the Shortcuts in your Startup menu, but you can just launch the application by double-clicking the E-Loader application or possibly ELoader.jar file in the install directory.
