Let's assume for a second that I'm not still being thick here: when I grid-record into (say) Track 6, all the events are on C01, even though the track assignment for Track 6 is C06. This is true for int, ext and both. Interestingly, when the track is ext, the EVENT data (patch change etc.) is on C06, but the notes are still on C01. When I SAVE the sequence and go back to it later, the note events are mysteriously on the correct channel (C06).
