Hi Gary, Yes! You can record mute & un-mutes in song mode/realtime record. This allows lots of possibilities, such as using only 1 pattern over & over again, with different mute/un-mute conditions. Actually, if you play some of the songs that came in your Command Station you will notice this trick being put into action. Also, this is an excellent area to record realtime knob movements instead of having them in the pattern!
