Yeah, I know Emu DOESN'T recommend it, but is it pretty easy to get the knob board out? Do the knobs just pull off? I'm seriously thinking about doing a custom paint job on mine, and then having a third party re-silkscreen the lettering on. Anyway, for those that have pulled it apart already, is it difficult to get the case by itself? rEalm Since you've already opened it up (otherwise I would recommend taking it to your dealer) here's how to put it back together. Put the front panel face down on something that doesn't push where the knobs go (so you can put the knob board back in without it bumping anything). Then, one by one, put the lightpipes in with the two prongs on the left and right (horizontal). Then put the board carefully back down on the lightpipes and screw it back in. I suppose you could put a little blob of superglue around the top of the lightpipe ring. Make sure they all dry before you put the board in however.
