If anyones interested I am selling an SP808 pro sampler with the added
inout/digital expansion card, sweet and perfect for a heavy duty DJ set.

If you're just triggering phrases, I'd say sp808 or SU700. The RS7000 is
really just an SU700 with the RM1x sound engine thrown in, and that sound
engine isn't anywhere close to what you're getting with the XX-7 (ie, it
sucks), so why pay for it? I had an sp808, and as long as you don't need
more than 4 samples playing at once I'd highly recommend it. You can get
a great effects in there, and back up to Zip is really nice too.

Bottom line is that I need a sampler as well. I need somthing with
a decent sequencer in it. The Korg ES-1 doesn't cut it either. I'm
not goin fisher price if you know what i mean.

Why, what do you suggest?
