Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Are all the Presets off by 1 number?  Not sure I read your email right, 
but keep in mind that some manufacturers number their MIDI patches (Emu's 
Presets)  with the numbers 1-128, while other companies use 0-127.  Check 
that out first, you may just need to bump all the preset up or down one 
number and resave.

when i download midi files from an external 
seq to the mp7 set up the sound or presets 
per track and then save as,i notice that the 
patteren dosen't all ways retain the presets 
correctly,what else should i do to keep the 
sounds or presets on it's right trk/ch.....thanks
