I hear ya rEalm. Maby if there where a way to turn the option on and off. with some kits I already know how they are mapped out. Like when i am using the 808 and 909 so during a live proformance i would be ok but when sitting at home looking for sounds it would be kinda anoying. so maby a on and off switch for previewing sounds in grid record mode would be cool.
