Not really an answer to your question, but a little more info. From what I've seen, there were revisions through the run of some of the product lines. I've had a P2000 that had a different power supply that was actually shielded, and IIRC there were differences on the main board as well. You'll also find differences within the XX7 lines, where there are board revisions as well. I think a late model XX7 is likely to be pretty similar to a P2500, but I don't have a 2500 anymore to compare. Tom
