I recall a comment about a change in the preset being used. Not sure which of the more recent OSes changed it, but I suggest looking in either the addenda or the latest manual. I believe it used to be that the presets was the default and that if you changed the ROMs you had no metronome. Then one of the last 2 or 3 OSes changed it. User 126 might be it. Perhaps you could find out what the default preset was in the MP-7 and putting that in the new slot. I will try to look that up myself later. Steve
