EPRelectronics used to have those (http://www.eprelectronics.com/store/E-mu-Drum-machine-Command-Station-PARTS/E-mu-Command-Stations/BLUE-LCD-display-24x2-for-MP-7-XL-7-PX-7-p165.html) but now it's listed as out-of-stock.

I sporadically see these same ones coming up at ebay, and right now there's just another one @ $59 - do a search for "e-mu mp-7 display".
