What was the second company? I mean, obviously the first one would be E-mu, but who else did manufacture them?

So, are all of the Proteus ROMS in circulation now, ( on the second-hand market mainly on e-bay ) the only ones that will ever be available?
ie I know that there were 2 companies making them..
So, has all production of Proteus ROMs in those companies ceased, or might re-issues be made commercially again at some point? Anyone have any ideas?
