AFAIK VROM is the ROM from Vintage Pro.
I have Beat Garden and TSCY in my MP7. Beat Garden has some excellent Beats-based presets, but haven't explored it's other virtues. TSCY for me is a mixed bag... I'm not really into getting as close to the original 808 or 909 kick drum as possible, but there are also inspiring sounds.
Siedlaczek is full of interesting orchestral effects, and in my opinion would be most useful in rack module, driven from a linear MIDI sequencer.
QROM (from the Halo keyboard) is also in interesting proposition - not only a lot of bread-and-butter sounds, but also a great piano.
But, to be honest, there are no bad ROMs in E-mu, the worst that may happen is to get one which doesn't really suit your style - for me it's the MROM, but I know people who love it.
