Hi Mark! I Have a spare xl7 rom I would be willing to swap for the mo phatt. Postage should be pretty cheap I'd say;-)

I am not sure about your other questions/concerns. I have a P2500, but have never hooked it up to Win7. I doubt the E-Mu usb drivers would work, but since OS update works via midi, not usb, I am thinking it should work on win7.

I haven't done multitrack dubbing from one sequencer to the E-Mu sequencer,so maybe others can answer that question.
