Re: [xl7] lfo as a source in preset patchcords?

2013-07-19 by D F Tweedie

Also, the Emulator X2 Advanced Applications Guide, Chapter 7 has a tutorial on programming patch cords ... at the end of the chapter is a variant using the LFO. There are also a couple of different LFO uses you can find in the index ... I know you know how to use LFOs, but how they are programmed in E-mu architecture, I mean.

Preset patchcords (global) I don't see in the manual lfo as a modulation source

I think there is an EmulatorX manual in the archives. The software certainly makes extensive use of LFOs for the patches and I'm pretty sure the same must be true in the hardware.

Are your referring to using the LFO with a patch cord to program or using the real time controllers to control a LFO?

Anyway, take a look at the EmulatorX manual as it has very clear and detailed descriptions of using LFOs and assigning them to patch cords.
