Google these e-mu 2000 family patch editors. There really isn't a lot of need for patches in the sense that with these you select a current patch close to what you'd like and then use the editor to sculpt it and then save it.
On the other hand, I just got a breath controller and I'd love to come across some pk2 family patches intended for use with CC02!

We don't really have a repository of presets [aka patches] here, though there are discussions about how people create their own in the archives.
Yes, a few members in the past posted some patches, by my reading of the members over the years is that most either tweak factory presets until they get something they like, or they create presets from scratch or from personal templates. I know of at least one person who posted a preset template with instructions on how to use it. Also, randomize can be a nice starting point for tweaking presets.
Feel free to look through the files and the archives--and ask questions.
