I'd rather think CS would silently skip/filter incoming "alien" sysex messages (as they'd contain, say, the Virus' Manufacturer Id and Model Id, not the CS' ones). And it does not look there's a special mode on CS for receiving just arbitrary sysex dumps or messages.
