Yeah I got it sorted just fine now. I think it was actually an Echo driver issue, as the new 6.02 drivers fixed an issue with the internal S/PDIF of the Layla24 not syncing correctly. Unfortunately, I installed the new drivers at the same time as I upgraded to Windows XP, and there fore the newer Echo WDM drivers. So I can't say 100% that it was the new version of the VxD drivers that fixed the issue, or if it was because I am using totally rewritten drivers based on the XP platform. Either way, it's fixed and I use it to record my contest song, see if you can guess which one it is: http://grooveboxcontest.iuma.com rEalm (I highly recommend upgrading to XP if your system supports it, much more stable OS!) mmm.... pretty stupid of me... but speaking about wordclock... did you ever get any satisfying answer from event regarding your wordclock problem? as i remember it you couldn't get your xl7 digital out synced correctly to your soundcard. i've got a gina24 and have the same problem (didn't try the mp7 out yet but i can't get my old sony dat nor my new tc triple-c compressor digital outs into my gina without glitches/ticks) -sorry for the bad english but i guess you'll understand
