I can't find the discussion I was looking for, but did find this thread: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/xl7/message/20918 . Not sure this addresses your problem, but it might. You might notice the discussion refers to compression and flashprep. That's why I was asking about the OS. If it were a very early OS, you'd need to prep the flash with a special file. However, since you can't even get to diagnostic mode and can't boot to the old OS, I don't think that's the problem. In the thread, you will see comments from Aaron. He worked for E-Mu on these beautiful babies, so I would pay attention to his words. The discussion was either here or in the P2k Yahoo Group. (When I get a chance, I will see if I can find it.) Other than benefiting from the experiences of others who have faced the same problem, my first thought is to suggest you double check to make sure all internal cables, simms, and memory haven't loosened in transport. > Steve > > > > > --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, Tyler Detweiler <superiorvideo@> wrote: > > > > It does not go past the loading OS screen so I do not know what OS is on > > currently.
