Is there any way to get more User banks?

I have an old vintage Ensoniq sequencer that allows selection of patches using LSB or MSB, but not both. What that means is that I can select all the User banks using LSB, or I can select bank 0 on any of the ROM cards using MSB, but I cannot select banks above 0 on the ROM cards because you would need both LSB and MSB to do that. So I must copy ROM card banks above 0 to the User banks, so that I can access them using LSB only.

So is there anything that gives me more User banks? Do the Turbo vs. regular units provide more User banks? Is there a ROM card that provides more User banks on it? Is there such a thing as a RAM card, with User slots on it instead of waveforms and presets? Can I forgo sequences and patterns and instead dedicate that memory to an extra User bank? Did that huge P2500 unit have more User banks? I have heard tale of mythical 8-bank cards, which I have never seen, but they are all ROM banks right, not User banks?
