Thanks guys, I'll check it now. For anyone with FL, you can change PPQ in Options>Project General Settings. Changing FL's PPQ doesn't stop the jitter. changing the sync method to MTC instead of MIDI Clock leaves the CS unresponsive. One thing i did notice is that, at least the beats are in sync.
