Thanks guys, I'll check it now.
For anyone with FL, you can change PPQ in Options>Project General Settings.
Changing FL's PPQ doesn't stop the jitter.
changing the sync method to MTC instead of MIDI Clock leaves the CS unresponsive. 

One thing i did notice is that, at least the beats are in sync. I mean, i'm not getting on the 3rd beat while FL is on the 1st. so that's good :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
