Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hello everyone, 

When I power on my 2500 it gets stuck with all LEDs lit and black boxes on the upper row of the LCD.

I suspected a power issue but 
I've measured the PSU w/ my DMM and it reads as it should when powered on: (Pins 1-10 = 0, 9, 3.3, 3.3, 5, 5, G, G, -13, +12)
 
I've re-seated all of the cables, ROMS, and tried booting without ROMs

no changes

Any other suggestions?

I'm suspecting something on the main logic board, but without a service manual that could be hard to troubleshoot.
