Do you own a voltmeter? Using one you should be able to check the supply to figure out if that\ufffds the problem or not. You can get to the supply by removing the 8 screws on the bottom black section of the case. I am pretty sure the power supply has a label on it which lets you know what voltage should be on each of its output\ufffds. If not let me know and I can measure my supply.

Note that the fuse is internal to the power supply. If it is blown be sure to take a look for sign of other problems since it\ufffds pretty uncommon for fuses to blow for no real reason.
