From the E-Mu web page, the 32MB Flash ROM option of the Ultra samplers
is described as "This kit allows you to create your own custom 32MB
sound ROMS that never require loading and provide you with the perfect
way to take your sounds on the road."   From this, I assumed that the
ROM option was a kit that enabled you to write one or more ROMS,
provided you supplied the ROM media.  Instead, the flash ROM kit
consists entirely of a flash ROM itself, so it appears that if you want
multiple ROMS you will need to buy multiple flash ROM option kits.  If
this is correct, at $400 a flash ROM kit, my Ultra/XL7 combo will only
have a single flash ROM.

Support is provided for copying a flash ROM kit to another flash ROM,
but I assume this "target" ROM must be another flash ROM kit.

Is my understanding of the flash ROM usage correct?
