I have seen a creativelabs support thread that the interest in e-mu legacy documentation being put back has been passed on to the web developer. So, maybe it will, maybe it won't. 

In the meantime, check the Files section here, in the P2K group, and the Orbit 3 group. (There may be others too.) I am pretty sure OS2.0 for the command station is here, too. You might want to also check out the FAQs and the Tips and Tricks.

Of course, you can also ask questions if the manual doesn't cover what you want to know.
