Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Howdy folks,

    Has anyone else experienced problems switching back to song mode after
jumping into pattern mode to do a loop?  Most of the time the song picks up
at some random measure that is usually within 10 or 15 measures of where it
left off... which, of course, throws the whole song sequence off.  The
ability to switch seamlessly between song & pattern mode is THE reason I
bought this machine.. anyone know of a way to remedy this?  (Still wonderin'
where to find the SysEx info, too)
