The USB drivers are installed with E-Loader on Windows only and if I remember correctly the instructions for configuring it should be in the E-Loader's group on your Start menu (I rearranged mine after installing E-Loader so I can't check exactly what it's called - it's also in the Documentation folder of your E-Loader install directory - mine has it at "C:\Program Files\E-Loader\Documentation\USB Support-Win.html"). Sorry for giving false hope on this - as Steve says, the USB connection can't be used for OS updates. I thought I remembered using it in the past on a previous Command Station. As I mentioned, my most recent OS update was over MIDI.
