Re: [xl7] Prodatum Patch editor updated to V 0.99 - Now 1.0 up

2011-04-24 by James Ulibarri

hey rookie, no one else seems to be having problems with Prodatum. Maybe you should find a new hobby? Sell your gear and move on to stamp licking or dog walking. Go back into the archives and look at my posts.. You're the one talking crap to me on more than one occasion when no one was beefing with each other. I don't even know who are you are, or who you think you are. You';re just some turd that talks crap and comes out of now where on occasion to rattle my cage for no apparent reason. And dude, get a life.. Quit emailing me directly. I have no desire to talk to you. I really think you just need a friend.

Someone please help Greg with Prodatum.

Shocking. No one else is having issues.

With the latest 1.0 released a few days ago

I'm having trouble getting it to work

It sees my midi keyboard playing and the MP-7, it shows keys played on the screen
but cannot get it to see the devices or import a sound.

Probably something I'm doing wrong but cant figure it out yet.
Any advice?

Prodatum is a preset patch editor - it allows you to edit your own sounds from the raw samples, or just tweak existing presets.
E-loader is for loading and saving patterns.

Steve: - Jan released version 1 soon after. It solves a lot of my earlier problems - definitely more stable, though there was some trial-and-error in getting it to work. Strangely, some of my MIDI interfaces wouldn't agree with prodatum.

One big issue remaining for me: I still can't get the transpose function to work - maybe you could test it? Press K to view the keyboard and Middle-click on the new root key. It worked fine in previous versions here, but not now for some reason.
