yes, chords and tones from the ASR-X and percussive sounds from the SP1200. <br>and then bass lines from ASR-X #2 in a few days with the PX-7 spitting midi to both machines. one of the machines will be getting the 8 out upgrade, but not both. <br>

It will never happen. Creative won't sink any money into Emu development like that. They want to do cheaply made stuff like midi controllers and interfaces with two lousy outs, etc. <br>Besides it would be a lot more than $600 if they were to do one. A lot more. Furthermore it would be technically be a re-issue mkII or mkIII because they have already had a reissue in the 90's after it was discontinued. <br>

<p></p><p>Like I said If I can find one they are 600 on ebay buy it now which seems like a joke. For that price I can wait for them to re-issue the sp-1200 again. Or get an emax and a eps. But then I'm gonna be bloated again. <br>
In the mean time I am riding this CS dragon till I tame her. I'm LOVING the sub outs. I'm figuring out cc79 (thanks atom!) and trying to figure out the fx with are STARTING to sound cool as I figure out the sends. <br>
Your using asr-x for all your sounds now? <br>
