No problems with the cs ever doing that in my experience, but I have had ableton do that (pretty much everytime I tried to use it to sequence external synths). This is why I bought the CS as a sequencer in the first place instead of going with ableton.

The weird thing is that it actually sounds perfect when the MIDI sequences are running in Ableton; I only have problems when I record into the CS and have the CS play the same sequences back.
