For sequencing, the two-line lcd interface is idiotic, compared to ANY modern software package. I mean, even Garage Band beats it. In Garage Band, you can even work with standard music notation! (Yes, I know Garage Band is severely, intentionally limited in its export facilities.) It reminds me of an argument we had on John Shirley's bbs over writing a novel on a cell phone.
