Yes, I think that latency is because the PC environment.
The MIDI standard is fast enough to transmit CC messages with (almost) 0 latency.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
